Proats is the name of the recipe when protein and oats are put together to make a delicious bowl of gains.
PR-otein + OATS = P R O A T S
Ingredients
- 1/4 Oats
- 1 scoop of Protein Powder
- 1/2 Greek Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup liquid of your choice (Water, milk, almond milk etc)
** This is a smaller serving, but of course you could double the mixture if you have a higher need or room for extra calories

How To Make
Literally mix all the ingredients together and leave to set in the fridge over night. In the morning, consume and enjoy! Feel free to add extra topping on top when serving... e.g. nuts, nut butters, chia seeds, sugar free maple syrup, fruits, Poptarts, cereals etc... be creative!
