Rule 1 Choc Chip Cookie Dough Protein Balls
Healthy cookie dough? Yes, please! These yummy protein balls are the perfect post-gym treat.
makes 18 balls
Prep time: 10 minutes
2 scoops vanilla Rule 1 Whey Blend
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Put protein powder and almond meal in a bowl and combine.
- Add in almond butter and syrup and stir again, now the batter should be just like cookie dough.
- Add in chocolate chip and mix one last time.
- Scoop out dough roll into balls.
- Store in airtight container in the fridge.
