Without doubt the bench is the king of the gym, when you tell a bro that you lift, chances are they aren't going to ask "How much you squat?". They're going to hit you up on what your bench is like.

Tyson breaks down the basics on how to increase you bench press, heres a few pro tips:
- Bench press more, seriously, if you want to get better at bench pressing you need to do more volume.
- Do more variations of the lift, such as speed work and rep work.
- Incorporate dynamic effort exercises such as speed work.
- Find out where you weakness is on the lift, and hammer in more exercises to help that movement pattern so you won't get stuck.
