Think you train hard? Try this Dana Linn Bailey,Rob Bailey & Mike Rashid Chest Workout.

Flat Bench Press:

As many warm-up sets as needed to reach your max weight. As the weight increases drop the reps to save your strength for the main work sets.

Work up to 1-2 heavy sets of 1-3 reps

Then:

Drop Set: Choose a weight where you’ll fail at 8-10 reps. Drop the weights 30% and go until failure again. Drop it another 30% and go until failure again

Incline Machine Press:

3-4 sets of 10-12 reps

Aim to match your first set on the following sets.

Low-High Cable Flyes

3 sets of 15-20 reps

Keep the momentum going on these for a crazy pump. Aim to squeeze the upper chest and ‘pick up’ your best as you bring the handles up.

This is not designed to be pretty. Making progress is all about training intensity and hitting it hard in the gym.
