Mike Rashid Overtraining Chest Workout

Bench Press

  • Rep Range: 15, 10, 10, 3, 8, 17

Incline Bench Press

  • 3 set till fail

Dips

  • 1 set till fail

Cable Fly (from the bottom)

  • 15-20 Reps (Squeeze for 1-2 seconds)
  • Superset with push-ups till fail

Cable Fly (from the top)

  • 15-20 Reps (Squeeze for 1-2 seconds)
  • Superset with push-ups till fail

This workout is not for the faint hearted! It’s called overtraining for a reason. This was designed to shock the muscle and unlock some serious growth potential.

If you’ve been doing 3 sets of 10 in flat bench and incline bench with the same weights-you’re not growing!

You need to shock your body into growing bigger and stronger. This overtraining chest workout will take of that.

If you’ve reach a plateau in your training-this is a great workout to try out.
