Phil Heaths Olympia Diet Plan

Ever wondered just what it takes to fuel the body of 4x Mr.Olympia Phil Heath? Have a read of the Phil Heaths Olympia Diet Plan and find out for yourself!

Let it be noted this is Phil Heath’s in competition diet. Most of the food has been cleaned up to help get him lean. Although, Phil is a big believer of staying lean year round. If his job is a full-time professional bodybuilder, he may as well look the part.

Phil Heaths Olympia Diet Plan

 

Meal 1

12 oz of Tilapia with Steamed Broccoli and 1 cup of  cooked White Rice .

Meal 2

12 oz of Beef Tenderloin with 8 oz of Sweet Potato.

Meal 3

Back to fish with 12oz of Tilapia with Steamed Asparagus and 1.5 cups of  cooked White Rice.

Meal 4

2 oz of Chicken Breast with 8 oz of Baked Potato.

2 Scoops of BCAAs.

1 Scoop of L-Glutamine. 1

Meal 5

FISH AGAIN! 12 oz of Tilapia with Steamed Broccoli and 1 cup of  cooked White Rice.

Pre Workout

2 Scoops of Gifted Nutrition Accelerate (Pre Workout).
1 Scoop of Growtein Carbs.
1 Scoop of BCAAs.

Post Workout

2 Scoops of Isolate.

1 Scoop of Growtein Mass Gainer.

1 Scoop of Glutamine & BCAAs.

Meal 6

12 oz of Beef Tenderloin with 8 oz of Sweet Potato.

 

Meal 7

2 cups of Egg Whites

2 Whole Eggs and Steamed Spinach.

1 Scoop of Colostrum.

1 Scoop of BCAAs

BOOM! What a diet! That is a lot of food to consume in a day. No wonder Phil Heath is one of the greatest bodybuilders to step onto the Olympia stage!
