Abs Workout

An overweight stomach can be referred to as a muffin top. This is because when you wear a pair of high or low waisted pants, the extra skin protruding over the top represents the similarity of the top of a muffin.

So how can you rid a muffin top? Stomach fat is one of the most concerning personal issues that people deal with. It is also a number one struggling factor to get rid of.  

Just don't be too hard on yourself. Stomach fat can be the result or signs of having kids, past weight loss, scar tissue and much more.

As they say, nutrition is key. A contributing factor to belly fat is a bad diet. So, be honest with yourself. If you know your nutrition could be improved, please do something about it!

Furthermore, if you are not putting in the work (physical activity) you will also not be getting the results you are after.

Overall, we ask you to

  • be realistic
  • ensure your diet up to standard
  • be patient with the process
  • stick to it and don't give up
and you will notice and hopefully achieve optimum results! 


Workout Routine

Here is a simple, 2 exercise, workout routine to help you rid that muffin top as well as lose some extra kilojoules.

You wont need any equipment for the following routine, just a towel to lie down on if desired.

20  High Knees
6 Knee to Elbow Crunches
20 High Knees
6
Knee to Elbow Crunches
20
High Knees
6
Knee to Elbow Crunches
20
High Knees
6
Knee to Elbow Crunches

 
Repeat 3 times and take a 2 minute break in between sets.
