Warmup  Leg Extensions: 3 Sets 8-12 Reps
Exercise 1 Unilateral Plate Loaded Leg Press: 3 Sets Each Leg 12 Reps.
Exercise 2 Hack Squat w/Pause: 3 Sets 15 Reps.

Exercise 3 


90 degree Leg Press: 3 Sets 10 Reps

45 degree Leg Press: 3 Sets 10 Reps 

Exercise 4


Laying Hamstring Curls: 3 Sets 12 Reps

Unilateral Standing Hamstring Curls: 3 Sets 12 Reps

Cool Down Passive Stretching
