Tasty! Here's a break down of what you will need to make it yourself:

 Ingredients:

  • 1tbsp almond butter.
  • 1 scoop of whey protein. We recommend MTS Machine Whey.
  • 1/4 cup of lite milk.
  • 1/4 cup of water.

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend for 20 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into bowl or container.
  4. Freeze until set!
  5. Finish with any other toppings and enjoy!
