Today we bring you choc Mint Protein Brownies!!!!!!
The recipe makes 12-16 good sized brownies
Brownie Protein Bars:
- 1 cup ISOTOPE Choc mint Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup arrowroot
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup coconut nectar
- 1/2 cup hot water
Mint fudge frosting
- 1 lrg avocado
- 1 1/2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup coconut butter
- 6 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2-1 tsp peppermint
- a handful of spinach (or 1/2 tsp spirulina pwd)
- 1 tbsp water
InstructionsPlace all ingredients into a bowl and mix together, end with adding hot water. The mixture will be thick/runny. Spread batter into a lightly greased 11×7 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Allow cooling fully!Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Top with chocolate chips if desired!
Place brownies in the fridge and allow frosting set before serving.
