Redcon1 Isotope Protein Pancakes

Who doesn't want to have an amazing tasting breakfast that is actually good for you? Sounds like  dream right? WRONG! Look no further with this delicious adaptation using Redcon1 Isotope to enjoy a family favourite... Pancakes. But alas.. Protein Pancakes

You can cook them and eat them right away or keep them to the side to enjoy as an on the go snack!!! Maintaining your focus on your goals never looked so delicious with these Redcon1 Protein Pancakes!

What You'll Need

1 X Large Mixing Bowl

1 x mixing spoon

1 x Hot Plate/stove

1 x Frying pan

1 x Spatula

Ingredients List

1/4 Cup of Coconut Meal/flour

1/4 Cup Coconut oil

3 x large Eggs

1/3 Cup Milk 

1 x Tsp Vanilla Extract

2 x Scoops Redcon1 Isotope Choc Peanut Butter Protein powder

1 Tsp Baking powder

1/2 Tsp Salt

  Redcon1 Isotope     MilkBaking SodaEggs      Coconut Meal   Vanilla Essence Salt
                

 

Instructions:

Heat a large Fry Pan to medium - medium high heat.
Add 1 tbsp coconut oil to the pan to coat.
Melt ¼ cup coconut oil, and mix together in a large bowl with eggs, milk and vanilla.
Combine all ingredients until smooth.
In a smaller bowl, mix together dry ingredients: flour, protein powder, baking powder, and sea salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet and continue to mix until well combined.
Batter will be thick.Spoon batter onto pan to and shape into 3-4 inch diameter discs or circles. Cook for approximately 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
You may need to continue adding more coconut oil to pan, after each batch of pancakes.

Top with all of your favourite goodies as you please (Melted peanut butter tastes Amazing!)
