Protein Smoothie
Had a tough, sweaty workout? What more than wonderful way to cool down and replenish with a cold, delicious, protein smoothie. Here is the recipe...

Ingredients

1 scoop Protein + 200g frozen Berries + 1/2 a Banana + 1 cup Spinach + 150ml liquid (almond milk, water... your choice)
Rule 1 Protein+ Frozen berries+Banana
                                     +SPinach+ Almond Milk
*150ml of liquid makes a thicker smoothie or smoothie bowl, add more liquid if you prefer less thick 

Method

1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender 

2. If adding less liquid, you may need to stop, turn off the blender, and stir with a spoon to combine every so often. Turn the blender back on and blend until smooth.

3. Serve as a drink or smoothie bowl. Add toppings if desired i.e. Nuts, chia seeds, peanut butter... be creative! 

4. ENJOY!

Supplementation
