We all know Thanksgiving is filled with temptation.

Try this, protein packed pumpkin spice protein shake instead!


Ingredients

1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree                    

300ml Almond Milk

1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

1Tsp Pumpkin Spice 

1/2 Tsp Vanilla 

1 Cup Ice


How To Make

Place all ingredients into a blender and mix. Serve and enjoy!
