Do not be alarmed by the colour that your smoothie may turn - it will taste delicious.
Try this smoothie for breakfast:

200g Mixed Berries
1 Cup of Spinach
1/2 of water (add more or less water to get desired consistancy)
1 TBSP of Chia Seeds
A sandwhich... the good old classic staple. We encourage you to jazz up your sandwhich with some colour by adding some veggies! Add a bunch of salad ingredients, grilled veggies etc. and before you know it, you have had a few servings of veg for the day. The added veggies will also add a nice crunch and a burst of nutritious vitamins and minerals!
When making your sandwhich, we suggest skipping any creamy sauces (ie. mayonaise), use wholemeal, grainy bread over white, use a lean meat protein and a savoury cheese if desired.
