Have a little fun, jazz up your routine, burn off those extra Christmas calories by trying out this '12 Days of Christmas' workout circuit!

How to Do

There are 12 exercises for you to complete. Just like the song, follow it in a ladder format...

e.g.

On the first day of christmas my trainer gave to me.... 1 plank

On the second day of christmas my trainer gave to me.... 2 burpees, 1 plank

On the third day of christmas my trainer gave to me.... 3 push ups, 2 burpees and 1 plank

On the fourth day of christmas my trainer gave to me.... 4 star jumps 3 push ups, 2 burpees and 1 plank

... and so on!

1 Plank for 20 seconds
2 Burpees
3 Push Ups
4 Star Jump
5 Squats
6 Chair Dips
7 Boxing Punches
8 Mountain Climbers
9 Jumping Jacks
10 Walking Lunges
11 Sit Ups
12 High Knees


Have a break after 1 round and complete again if desired.
