Exercise 1 Underhand Lat Pull Down. 4 Sets 10 Reps
Exercise 2 Machine Pull Over 4 Sets 10 Reps
Exercise 3

Machine Horizontal Lat Pull 3 Sets 12 Reps

Exercise 4 Bent Over Dumbbell Row 3 Sets 10 Reps
Exercise 5 Seated Row 3 Sets 10 Reps
Exercise 6 Standing Arm-Pull Down 3 Sets 10 Reps
