Unfortunately, due to the current environment in relation to Covid-19, all our freight companies are now currently experiencing shipping delays. Reasons for these delays include:
- Reduced air freight capacity due to airline closures
- An unprecedented increase in volume
- Increased social distancing & health/safety practices at parcel depots.

Typically, delays may be an extra few days, however Australia Post has outlined specific areas that they are experiencing extra delays in. They are:
- Delivery time for Perth and Brisbane may increase by up to five days
- Delivery time for North Queensland may increase by up to seven days
- Delivery times for Tasmania may increase by three days
All international shipping options have now been cancelled due to excessive wait times and many lost in transit parcels.
I haven't received my tracking information, where can I find this? - Tracking information is sent from a 3rd party app that Spartansuppz uses. Please be sure to check your junk email as 9/10 times it may be in there.

My order is delayed, what do I do? Please check the Corona Virus update link on Australia Post's website. This is the most up to date source of information available. If your order is delayed past the above mentioned delays, please contact email@example.com and we will open an investigation with Australia Post. Please note, unless you are past the advertised delays Australia Post will not start the investigation.
I paid for Express Post and it is still delayed, what do I do? Unfortunately, Australia Post will not guarantee exact delivery times for Express Post items during the current pandemic and therefore we cannot guarantee them also. Express Postage items still get preferential treatment and will still definitely arrive earlier than Regular Post, however it may be outside the quoted times.
If you are requiring your items fast, Express Postage is still the best option.
Are You Shipping Internationally? At the current time, we have had to remove international shipping as an option. As soon as freight providers are able to provide an adequate service option, we will open this back up.
