1. Your role at Spartansuppz?

"My role is im apart of the crew, im here to help people achieve their goals. Getting where they need to be with the right supplements. To work with there diet and there training. Yeah im just apart of the crew members within store's."

2. What do you train for?

"Im training at the moment to hopefully get up on stages next year, i've been training for quite some time now with no purpose of where i was going and then i started to see the shape of where i was liking my body to go and i thought its about time for me to get up and compete and see where i can take it." 

3. How did you get into training?

 "Training started for me it would of been 6 years ago for me now, i tried a range of different sports but having a range of different weaknesses and injuries i just couldn't do it anymore. I started at the gym for a strengthener for my injuries and from there i just kept going and i never ended up going back to normal sport i just stayed at the gym training everyday. Enjoying the process and watching my body go through the different stages of growing and shaping up." 

4. Top 3 supplement recommendations?

"I would have to go number one being Redcon1's Isotope because nothings better than an isolate protein. You can never have to much protein in your diet, I would have to go Dust V2 for my pre-stim workout and then Intracell7 for my intra workout."

5. Cheat meal-what's your go to?

"Cheat meal for me normally would be a pizza, would be normally Domino's or just your normal Italian. So youd normally see me with BBQ chicken pizza, hopefully some garlic bread and normally a tub of connoisseur ice cream."
