1. Your role at Spartansuppz?
"So my role at Spartan Suppz is things like visual merchandising, making sure that the store is on point. I also do social media stuff, social networking and also most importantly helping customers find the right product to suit their individual needs. Not only supplement wise but i also do nutrition, training and all of that sort of stuff aswell."
2. What do you train for?
"So i train for bodybuilding, specifically physique, so its very similar to Bodybuilding. The goal is to have abit of a triangle, so nice and big in the shoulders and then sort of tapered down to a nice tight core. So yeah primarily resistance training."
3. How did you get into training?
"So i got into training when i was about 16, i just started going to the gym with my old man. He use to be a bodybuilder back in his day and just something that i just sort of started and really enjoyed doing."
4. Top 3 supplement recommendations?
"So my top 3 supplement, number one would be the Redcon1 Isotope, reason being its a really delicious low calorie Whey Protein Isolate. So it tastes really nice and is low calories. Number 2 be Dust V2 reason being its a pre workout but not to stimmy, so its not gonna blow your head off. So its really good for mental focus, energy and it also gives you abit of a pump aswell. Number 3 would be creatine HCL, reason being it increases your strength and muscle power with Creatine HCL, theres no bloating, no water retention and its super concentrated."
5. Cheat meal-what's your go to?
"My go to cheat meal would hands down be a Grlld crispy bacon cheeseburger with extra bacon and beef and a side of chips and a pepsi max."
