5:30pm: In store appearance/meet & greet. Open to all and a great opportunity to gain some personalised info from these very educated and established fitness professionals 6:30pm: Seminar. Purchase any Core,MTS or HPN product to gain access-this is not to be missed! 8pm: Workout. 3 lucky winners will train with Marc,Doug & Sean on the night. Anyone else is welcome to come and train alongside the guys and our team at Spartansuppz.
