Returns Policy

Un-opened items can be returned or exchanged for any reason. Simply send the items back to us or return it to the Spartansuppz location you purchased it from with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product.

When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product.

In the event of returning a free postage item online, there is a mandatory deduction of $9.95 from your total refund.

Postage costs will not be refunded for returned items.

If you wish to exchange an item a re-send fee of $9.95 will be charged to re-ship your order.

Damaged & Incorrect Items

At we do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive at you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as the inspection is often required by the carriers.

Instructions for returning products:

Online purchases - Contact us to let us know that you wish to return the item purchased. Please let us know the reason why you would like to return the item so we can see if we can resolve any questions you may have. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items. Please take the item and return it to the address listed below in sturdy packaging via your preferred mail service.

All goods returned to will be inspected upon their return and in the case of faulty products, a replacement product will be sent at the expense of or a refund issued. In the case of non-faulty goods returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the standard restocking fee from any refund issued or to return the goods to the customer at the customer’s expense.

In-store purchases - Please either contact or visit the store you purchased the product from. Products must be returned to the location at which you purchased them from.

Reasons For A Return To Be Rejected

  • Got what you asked for but simply changed your mind
  • Found it cheaper somewhere else
  • Decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it
  • Misused a product in any way that caused the problem
  • Knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
  • The product has been opened/used, regardless of the circumstances surrounding the return
  • Didn't like the flavor, texture or effects of the product

Incorrect Addresses 

We try our best to ensure your parcels arrive at you at the correct location. However, we can only do this if your address is input correctly when you place the order. The onus is upon the customer to ensure that the address they input is current and accurate and takes no responsibility for addresses that are input incorrectly. 

If, for some reason, you put your address in incorrectly, please contact us immediately at  to get this rectified. 

Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot do anything about this and we will have to wait for the parcel to be returned to us by the postal service before a resolution can be solved. 

If the customer has input an incorrect address and still wishes to have the parcel sent, a re-postage fee applies and will be calculated depending on the location. 

If the customer does not wish to have the parcel after it has been returned, a refund will be processed minus the postage fee has already paid.

Unclaimed Orders

If for some reason you do not claim your order and it is returned to, a refund for the postage cost will not be applicable. Your total refund will be the sum of the total order cost, minus the cost of postage. 

Clearance Items

Items that are found in the clearance category or a marked down in store due to having close expiries are unable to be returned or refunded. By purchasing them at the significantly discounted rate, you acknowledge that the products may be slightly damaged, expired or simply different to the original version.
