This is a very impressive pre-workout. The energy and focus blend is very comprehensive and although high energy it doesn't feel over the top at all. The performance blend is well thought out and dosed works synergistically. I also like that no space was wasted including creatine. Pump ingredients are effective and well dosed. The only omission here is citrulline mallate however this is best stacked with Show the World STW which does have a full dose of citrulline.
