Tracking Your Order
All orders receive a tracking number/link which can be used to track the location of your order.
All orders will receive either a tracking update via email or SMS with a link to track their parcel. If you have not received a tracking code, please reach out to us via live chat and our team will assist.
Unfortunate Events
In the case of a damaged/missing parcel, Spartansuppz offers ours customer shipping insurance before finalizing their purchaseÂ
Every item is quality checked before dispatching from our warehouse and packed securely to keep it as safe as possible in transit, however, we cannot make any guarantees as to how the couriers will handle the parcel while in transit.
If you received damaged items in your order that are not fit for use i.e. broken seal, broken bag, empty contents etc, Spartansuppz will happily organize a replacement or refund for your order.
