Spartans 60 Day Returns
If you aren't happy with the product you've purchased or would like to make a change, you can simply return your unopened item. We'll issue you a store credit or refund, whichever you prefer.
Shopped in store?
Please head back into your local store and the team will happily help you find the right product for you. Please remember to bring a form of ID and receipt to make this process nice and simple.
Please use the Spartans return portal to organise your return to the warehouse.
If there was an error in our shipping we'll cover 100% of the costs of getting you the right item ASAP.
You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to return unopened product(s) for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care products, and items marked as final sale, are exempt from being returned. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplements or gym wear.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 calendar days of receiving your order. Provide them with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process using the returns portal.
Pack the unopened item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the order number on the package. Please ensure that all items are well-protected to avoid damage during transit.
Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item(s), unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original payment method. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the returned item(s), minus any applicable shipping charges.
Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or flavour, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return and it is approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Any price differences between the exchanged items may be applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
