We hope that you enjoy your products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be able to return the item within 30 days of the initial purchase date for a full refund of the product, minus any shipping and handling costs that have been incurred.
Your returned products must be:
In their original, unopened condition (both products and packaging)
Not of perishable nature (protein bars for example)
Included with our invoice slip
Non Clearance items
Returned to us through our Returns Portal
A credit will be applied to your account after the return has been approved and is to be used towards the purchase of an alternative item. We will reject any return that does not meet any of the five criteria above.
Please ensure that products are picked carefully as we do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed items.
You may choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item(s) are deemed to be “Faulty or Incorrect”.
Please note that if you would like another product to be sent out in exchange, then you will need to pay for the shipping cost of this item.
Returns are not available on sale items or short dated items.
Please remember it is at our discretion when considering any exchange option for you.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods:
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt and notify us within 7 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not meet your expectations. If you fail to do so you shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods in their entirety.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the goods need to be returned by you to us at the return address above with your name and order reference number. You will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) if the goods are in fact defective or the incorrect item(s) were shipped to you. We ask that you pack the item securely using the original packaging to return the goods and send it with the delivery note. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the seller on the package. Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
We regret that we cannot accept returns or refunds for perishable items that have been opened, this includes:
Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete products, which are unused and in an “as new” condition.

If you have received an item that doesn't fit, we will happily exchange it with you for the correct size. For this to happen, you just need to follow the below steps:

Enter your order number & postcode.
Select the item(s) needing to be returned/exchanged.
Select a reason for the return & submit your request.
Our team will then review & approve your request. If more information is required, our team will inform you here.
After it is approved, you will receive further information in regards to the shipping process and costs.
If we are out of stock of the correct size that you require, you will be offered a store credit to the amount of your original purchase.
Change Of Mind
At Spartansuppz, we will be happy to work with you if you find the product is not right for you, however we do reserve the right to reject a return & refund if the customer:
- changed their mind and no longer want the product
- ordered the wrong product
- found the product cheaper elsewhere
- found a better product elsewhere
- were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product
- damaged the product by misusing it
- used the product for a long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear.
In some of these situations, Spartansuppz reserves the right to offer a refund, exchange or credit note minus any postage and handling fees. These exact fees are dependent on the courier service selected & the location of the order.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Spartansuppz will provide your refund when:
- The goods have been returned to our warehouse
- The goods have been scanned in via a courier and tracking shows it is en route
