How to use ACTV8 Shred for best results

For best results mix 1 scoop in 250-350ml of cold water 15-20 minutes before your morning workout.

If you would like to enhance the fat metabolising effects of this product you could consider adding in some extra acetyl l-carnitine. Simply add 1-2 grams each time you take your fat burner to boost the effects.

Note: Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

How much caffeine is in ACTV8 Shred?
Each scoop has 270mg of caffeine which is about 2 cups of coffee. This is a combo of fast and slow acting caffeine for smooth energy and zero crash.

Can I use ACTV8 Shred as a pre-workout?
Yes you can use this as a fat burner. Take 1 scoop 15-30 minutes before you hit the gym in 300ml of water. You can really feel the boost in energy and sweat when you train.

Does ACTV8 Shred really work?
Yes, this works. For best results its best to combine ACTV8 shred with weight training (3-5 times a week) and a calorie controlled diet. The more work we put in, the better it works!

How many scoops of ACTV8 Shred can I have per day?
We recommend a maximum of 2 scoops in any 24 hour period. You can do one upon rising in the morning and a 2nd pre-workout. Avoid having this too late in the day to ensure a good nights sleep.

Pre-workout of The Year

Its won 'Australia's Favourite Pre-workout of 2016' for a reason.

Sharp focus, solid pumps and full of clean energy. Blackstone labs has come through with the goods on this product. You could use this product for a variety of workouts. Whether its a solid bodybuilding sesh or a power lifting meet or even a metabolic conditioning workout. This product gives you plenty of energy without the anxiety, jitters or an upset stomach.

Dust V2 is one of the very few Pre-workouts left in the market where it has a good combo of energy and pump. You could get away as using this as a sole product of your pre-training protocol.

I honestly don't know whats better though, the customer service at Spartan Suppz or this pre-workout.

Great Burner!

I tried the Raspberry Lemonade flavour of ACTV8 Shred and it was really nice! Quite a strong flavour as with most fat burners but still quite pleasant. I added some extra ALCAR to mine as I prefer a dose of closer to 2 grams but still good to use with what's in it.
In terms of the effects I took it first thing in the morning before some fasted cardio.
This stuff is strong!
I had been using relatively strong thermogenics such as Drop Factor prior to this but ACTV8 Shred really stacked up! I could feel the warmth and a really clean long lasting energy. I also really liked the inclusion of the Macuna Preriens combined with the Choline and ALCAR, this gave me awesome mental focus and put me in a good mood which was a great way to start off the morning.
Overall this was an awesome fat burner with great ingredients that really compliment each other and a thermogenic effect that you can really feel!
