Directions
212 Thermo
Mix 1 scoop with approximately 240-300ml of cold water. Vary the amount of liquid to suit your taste preference. For optimal results, consume 15-20 minutes prior to cardio or resistance training. Do not use more than 1 serving in a 24-hour period. Do not use 5-6 hours prior to sleep. Do not use with any other products that contain stimulants. Hydraulic is stimulant and caffeine-free so you can stack these two together!
Hydraulic 2
Mix 1-2 scoops (2 is optimal) in 400-500ml of cold water and consume 20 minutes before hitting the gym. Pro Tip: this product has Glyercol which requires water to work. Aim for 500ml for best results.
