WHAT ARE SLING SHOT KNEE SLEEVES?
These are designed by Mark Bell himself and are used to provide a small amount of compression while keeping the knees warm.
This increase blood flow to the area and will help reducing likelihood of injury.
They may also assist with strength by allowing more working volume and muscle stimulation.
These are soon to be approved for IPF competition as well.
How to use them
We recommend using knee sleeves during all leg training.
Use the size chart below to choose your correct sizing. These do not compress the knee caps or and can easily be worn throughout your workout.
Ideally it is good to do some light warms ups/hip mobility work first. This will get your body ready to squat. Once you get into your first exercise warm ups-put these on.

WHEN DO I USE THIS?
Knee sleeves can be used on any action involving the knee joint-primarily squats/squat variations.
These are great to get the knees warm and keep them that way to stay safe and keep joints healthy.
