It arrived
Love it, have been using it for years. Tried others but found none are as good.
Had the pleasure of using Total War prior to a workout today and was very happy with it's results.
Taste/mixing: I used the sour gummy bear flavour and was pleasantly surprised that it actually tasted like a bag of sour gummy bears. It mixed really well with no clumps or graininess and also had no bad aftertaste.
Performance/side effects: I took 1 level scoop of Total War 20 mins prior to my workout and found it kicked in pretty quickly. I have a pretty high tolerance to pre workouts but I could definitely feel the kick. What I liked most about it was that it wasn't a massive rush but more of a sustained focus and energy that last the whole way through my workout. There was no headrush, dizziness or tingling which I have found with other pre workouts and no crash afterwards. 3 hours after taking it I still had plenty of energy and wasn't feeling any side effects.
This is a great product that I will be using again for sure. If you are looking for a pre workout that will give you great focus and energy, this is definitely worth a shot.
