  • Mix 1 to 2 scoops of Zombie Labs Pumpz with 250mls of water 15-20 minutes before your workout session. You can have it on its own, or you could also pair it with your favourite pre workout to give you an EXTRA kick. 1 scoop of each and you're ready to go!
