Here is another holiday workout for you to try. This workout is called '12 Sweaty Days of Christmas'.

Have a little fun, jazz up your routine and burn off those extra Christmas calories!

How to Do

Work up and back down the list. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds. This will total to 12 minutes. Complete 1 round and see if you can try another! Good luck, we hope you get nice and sweaty...
