Rule 1 Choc Chip Cookie Dough Protein Balls

Healthy cookie dough? Yes, please! These yummy protein balls are the perfect post-gym treat.

makes 18 balls

Prep time: 10 minutes


2 scoops vanilla Rule 1 Whey Blend
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips


  1. Put protein powder and almond meal in a  bowl and combine.
  2. Add in almond butter and syrup and stir again, now the batter should be just like cookie dough.
  3. Add in chocolate chip and mix one last time.
  4. Scoop out dough roll into balls.
  5. Store in airtight container in the fridge.
